Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?
“I decided to work for Phi Delta Theta because I wanted to help provide other young men with the same transformative experience that I gained through the organization. The leadership, personal growth, and values-based culture I encountered as a member had a lasting impact on me. This role not only allows me to give back to an organization that shaped my collegiate journey but also offers an incredible opportunity for continued professional development as I prepare for a successful career in the business world.”
