Joey Arpaia is a proud graduate of Seton Hall University, where he earned a B.S. in finance with a minor in data analytics and analysis. During his undergraduate years, Joey held multiple leadership roles—most notably as chapter president—guiding his chapter to several awards and helping establish a strong culture of excellence.
Originally from Staten Island, New York, Joey is the oldest of three brothers and someone who thrives on connection and community. Whether he’s building relationships, staying active in the gym, or taking on new challenges, he brings energy and intention to everything he does.
Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?
“When I think about what Phi Delt did for me, it goes way beyond just college. It gave me a space to lead, grow, and surround myself with people who pushed me to be better. Taking on roles like chapter president taught me lessons I’ll carry for life. I wanted to come and work for the Fraternity because I know firsthand how powerful this experience can be, and I want to help other young men find that same sense of purpose and connection. Plus, it’s a chance for me to keep learning and developing as I work toward a future in the business world.”
