John Fenner

John Fenner is the Director of Systems for Phi Delta Theta, where he manages the day-to-day operation and ongoing improvement of the organization’s core technology platforms. He oversees the Salesforce environment, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and myPhiDelt. John ensures staff, volunteers, and members across the organization have reliable, secure, and user-friendly tools to support their work. He also develops and implements process improvements that strengthen data integrity, streamline workflows, and align technology with organizational goals.

A certified Salesforce Administrator, John continues to advance his expertise through ongoing work toward the Salesforce Senior Administrator and Business Analyst certifications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University, along with a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University’s Tift College of Education. At General Headquarters, John first served as a chapter support coordinator before stepping into his current role. His earlier experience includes campus life administration at Millsaps College, internships with St. John’s University Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and leadership roles in retail customer service and supervision.

John is a member of the New York Lambda Chapter at St. John’s University, which he joined as an undergraduate. Originally from Queens, New York, he now resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
