Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters is seeking recruitment coaches to join their member development and support team. Increasing membership is a strategic goal for Phi Delta Theta, as it strengthens the Fraternity’s presence and impact across the United States and Canada. By expanding our membership base, we not only enhance our ability to provide meaningful, lifelong brotherhood experiences but also ensure the continued relevance and growth of our organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recruitment coaches will guide and mentor chapters around growth in conjunction with local volunteers and General Headquarters staff. This includes the monitoring of recruitment technology, proactive consulting, conducting in-person support visits, and facilitating workshops focused on recruitment to ensure chapters have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to increase their membership. Please note that this is a temporary contract role, not full-time, and offers flexible hours that will vary based on the needs of different chapters. This position will report directly to the senior director of talent acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
